Processing Time

Twisted B orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During sales, launches, or other high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information using the email or contact information provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping when eligible.

Bijoux Fab Jewelry

Select Bijoux Fab jewelry available through Twisted B is fulfilled and shipped directly from Bijoux Fab. If your order contains both Twisted B merchandise and Bijoux Fab products, your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You may also receive separate shipping or tracking notifications.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Twisted B is not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be outside of our control. If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or you believe your package may be lost, please contact us and we’ll help you determine the next steps.
