Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Twisted B purchase! If something doesn’t work out, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached. Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us so we can make it right.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Final Sale Items

Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. For hygiene reasons, jewelry, earrings, hats, swimwear, and other personal-use items are also final sale.

Bijoux Fab Jewelry

Select Bijoux Fab jewelry offered through Twisted B is fulfilled and shipped directly by Bijoux Fab. Because these products are fulfilled by a third party, return eligibility and instructions may differ from Twisted B’s standard return process. Please contact us before returning a Bijoux Fab item so we can provide the appropriate instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photos of the item so we can help resolve the issue.
